Produktdesign & Industrial Design
Industrial Design aus Zürich: von der Recherche über Formfindung, Prototypen und CAD bis zur Fertigungsreife — physische Produkte ebenso wie digitale Werkzeuge. Wir gestalten Nutzererlebnis, Form und Material als Einheit und bauen eigene Software-Produkte, wenn das Werkzeug fehlt (Twirly, Pixelator, Mesmerizing).
Projektentwicklung, Projektleitung & Bauherrenvertretung
Entwicklung und Leitung komplexer Projekte von der ersten Idee bis zur Übergabe: Ideation-Workshops, Wettbewerbsorganisation, Bauherrenvertretung, Koordination von Familien, Behörden, Planern und Unternehmern — zuletzt ein Mehrgenerationen-Wohnbau in Männedorf (2021–2026, drei Wohnungen, Holzbau), von der Vision bis zur Vermietung.
Coaching & Lebensberatung
1:1-Coaching für Menschen an Übergängen: Standortbestimmung, Potenzialentwicklung, Klarheit in beruflichen und persönlichen Entscheidungen. Strukturiert, visuell und auf Augenhöhe — Developing Potential gilt bei uns auch für Menschen, nicht nur für Produkte und Projekte.
Teaching, Workshops & Referate
Lehre und Weiterbildung an der Schnittstelle von Design und KI: Dozentur im BA Industrial Design der ZHdK, Workshops und Inputs für Hochschulen und Firmen (HSLU, PHZH, FREITAG) — von CAD und Modellbau bis zu neuen kreativen Workflows mit generativen Werkzeugen. Formate vom 90-Minuten-Input bis zur Blockwoche.
Ästhetik, Artdirection & Style
Beratung für visuelle Sprache und Stilhaltung: Artdirection für Projekte und Marken, Gestaltung von Erscheinungsbildern, Interfaces und Räumen — Einheitlichkeit pro Projekt statt Einheitsbrei, mit einem hohen Anspruch an Typografie und Detail.

Context
BA Industrial Design at Zurich University of the Arts — one of the largest design departments in Europe. Teaching rooted in three pillars: social relevance, technology, and environment. Home to the ID Lab for digital fabrication and the Z-Tech workshops for wood, metal, and plastic.

Scientific Associate & Lecturer since 2019.

Development Project Joggenrain
Familiengesellschaft Zollinger · 2021–2026 · Männedorf, CH
Context
Multi-generational housing at Joggenrain, Männedorf — extension of a 300-year-old farmhouse owned by the Zollinger family since 1897 (5th generation). Two new timber-frame buildings framing the historic structure.
Role
Project lead & client representation. Managed relationships between 4 families (8 adults + elderly parents with lifelong residence rights), coordinated all external advisors, and organised the original architecture competition.
Result
Three new apartments, community room, music rehearsal space, workshop and greenhouse — completed and occupied March 2026. Timber construction (Holzbauweise) by Kälin Holztechnik.

Mehrgenerationenwohnen am Joggenrain — Erweiterung eines 300 Jahre alten Bauernhauses im Familienbesitz seit 1897 (5. Generation).
Projektleitung, Bauherrenvertretung und Artdirection (von der ersten Idee bis zur Vermietung: Ideation Workshops, Wettbewerbssetup, Kommunikation zwischen den 4 Familien, allen externen Berater und Unternehmern)
Holzbau mit betoniertem Untergeschoss, drei 4 1/2 Zimmerwohnungen, Laubengang, Atelier und Umgebungsgestaltung inkl. Gewächshaus — bezugsfertig Frühling 2026.

Every year, the “AI Encounter” runs as an internal continuing-education course for ZHdK staff and externals. As one of the lecturers, I talk about creative workflows enabled by AI software and challenge attendees to walk through their own daily workflows to identify where it could make sense to integrate AI tools.

On Running X Gravity Sketch X Vizcom

A collaboration project between On Running AG , Gravity Sketch and the Zurich University of Arts. I lead the project and the whole collaboration from start to finish in co-work with Sandra Kaufmann (ZHdK CO-Lead) and Linus Lundqvist (3D Exploration Team Lead, On Running).
Each team had to come up with one On Running product per team member for a specific sport.
To teach the students brand aesthetics I did a 2D/3D style analysis of On Running and showed them how they can build on top of it or challenge it completely.
On Running, Gravity Sketch, Vizcom and Twin Motion - they all gave live and remote masterclasses during this module in AI Software, VR Sketching and rendering.
Tutor
The final presentatoin took place at the On Running headquarter and team members of Gravity Sketch and ZHdK joined the venue. Afterwards there was an open exhibition of the students work and a possibility to test out the VR Goggles and see the designs in the virtual space.
